Life Update

Hey friends, long time no talk! I hope you’ve all been enjoying these past two summer months. I know I definitely have! I’m finally back home on the west coast and I’m super excited to sit down and catch up with you all.Life as of late has been quite the adventure. In a way I feel like I’ve been living my very own version of Eat, Pray, Love. Except my version would probably be titled Over[Eat]ing,  Ugly-Cry [Pray]ing and… Letting Love Find Me? (Loool) And instead of traveling to Italy, India…

It can be applied to many different situations in life, but currently I find myself applying it to the realm of relationships. What does it mean to rejoice in our journey?For me, rejoicing in our journey means embracing every aspect of our life – from the magical, to the mundane, and even the messy parts we often try to hide.It means being grateful for all of the wonderful moments and milestones we experience while also being grateful for the hard parts – the parts that involve frustration and heartache and loss. It means knowing that all of the parts we wish we could change are all being taken care of by our Creator, whether it be through a change in our circumstances…
